Action Plan

The QEC has the following action plan:

• The collection of informative data for the faculty members of all departments in Hazara University.
• The collection of initial data for enrolled students in all the disciplines for different programs in the University.
• To conduct the awareness workshop on self assessment for faculty in Hazara University.
• To start the self assessment exercise at three departments. It will consist of:
• Formation of Program Teams (PTs).
• Dissemination of assessment proformas.
• Compilation of PT report.
• Formation of Assessment Teams (ATs).
• Compilation of Assessment Team Reports.
•  Reporting the finalized Self Assessment Repot (SAR) to the Vice Chancellor Hazara University for further submission to Quality Assurance Agency/HEC.
