1.
The candidates should
prepare a comprehensive application dossier that includes letters of reference
from eminent academics and researchers in their area of specialisations and all
publications in refereed journals recognized by the HEC. The application
dossier may be obtained from the official website of the Hazara University www.hu.edu.pk.
2.
In case of Art and Design
(studio practice) the relevant terminal qualification would be Master’s
(Foreign) or MPhil or equivalent degree in the relevant field as determined by
HEC.
3. For appointment on
Tenure Track the Candidate is required to resign or retire from any position
held previously in any public/ private institution or organization except in
the case that the candidate is incumbent of the same university.

The selected candidates
will be governed by Hazara University Tenure Track Statutes and NPS Service
Rules / Regulations.

The Selected Candidates
will be governed Tenure Track statutes by HEC.
6. The candidates
serving in Govt, Semi-govt, Autonomous bodies should route their applications
through proper channel.
7. Hazara University
reserves the right not to fill any post, withhold the appointment against any
advertised post or to accept / reject any application without assigning any
reason.

Original receipt of online payment/ Demand Draft alongwith
attested photocopies of all the DMCs, Certificates, Degrees, Experience Certificates, CNIC and three recent
passport size Photographs must be attached with the
application form. Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
10.
Application reaching to
this office after last date will not be considered. Interview date will be
available on the University’s Website, later on. Last date for the receipt of
applications is 12-02-2010.
