is hereby notified for the information of all concerned that the following
dates for Regular /
been fixed for the submission of
Admission forms for the Annual Examinations 2008. Examination Admission Forms
are available at all the authorized
branches of National Bank of
accepted with an additional fine of Rs. 500/- for each spell of 15 days till 15 days before the
first day of the commencement of examination. The forms, complete
in
all respects, should reach the Examination Section as per following schedule.
Incomplete forms and forms received after the stipulated date will not be
accepted.

13. Private
candidates are required to get their Admission Forms along with requisite
documents and photographs signed from gazetted
officer of the Education Department.
14.
Current DMC’s must be
attached with the admission form.
15. Candidates
appearing for the first time in MA/MSc / MTh (Previous) Examination should attach original Migration
Certificate along with Rs 700/- as registration fee.
16. Incomplete
Forms shall not be entertained in any case and will be returned at the
risk/cost of the candidates.
17.
Examination hall will be allotted on the basis of
permanent address mentioned in the examination admission form.
For those
who want to be examined at a place other than permanent address should send
their own/parent service/residence certificate with the form.
The certificate
should be countersigned by a gazetted officer

2.
Late and incomplete forms will not be entertained in
any case and will be returned at the risk and cost of the candidate.
3.
Fee should be deposited through University receipt of
NBP in favour of

4.
Candidate
appearing for the first time in BE.d Examination
should attach original migration certificate.
5.
Reappear / Failed candidates of Annual Examination
2007, are required to attach current DMC’s with
admission forms.

1.
All principals of affiliated colleges with Hazara University
are requested to kindly send the forms of their regular students complete in
all respects.
2.
Late college students are required to get their
admission forms along-with requisite documents and photographs signed from the
principal concerned.
3.
B.Com part-I forms should be submitted with a copy of
inter certificate or diploma in commerce and respective DMC
4.
Fresh candidates of B.Com part-I whose original
migration certificates are still awaited will submit original migration
certificate along-with admission form.
5.
B.Com part-II forms should be submitted with copies
of part-I DMC.
6.
Attested copy of DMC P-I (for Compartment).
7.
Attested copy of DMC P-II (for Compartment).
8.
After the last date of submission of forms with
triple fee the form will be accepted with additional fine of
Rs. 500/-for
every 15 days or a maximum of Rs. 2000/- till two
weeks prior to the first date of commencement of examinations.
9.
Fee should be deposited through University receipt of
NBP in favour Treasurer Hazara University.
10. Incomplete forms shall not be entertained in
any case and will be returned at the risk / cost of the candidate / college.
Applications
are invited on prescribed Examination Admission Forms available at all the
authorised branches of
National
Bank of Pakistan within jurisdiction of Hazara University for BA/BSc Part-I
& II regular / late college / private /
compartment
candidates for the Annual Examination 2008.
After last
date of submission of forms with tripple fee, the
forms will be accepted with an additional fine of Rs.
500/- for
