3rd Convocation

NOTICE

Hazara University is in the process of holding the 3rd convocation for awarding Degrees to the Private

Students who qualified BA, B.Ed., MA in the sessions 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 & 2007. All the private

students are, therefore, required to send the following documents to the Degree Cell, Examination

Section Garden Campus Hazara University Mansehra before September 05, 2008, positively for

Registration. The Convocation will be held in third week of September 2008. The exact date will be

announced in due course.

1. Application form for obtaining degree
2. Bank deposit slip for Rs. 2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand)
3. Copy of passed DMC(s) (Part I & II)
4. Two Photographs duly attested by Gazetted Officer
5. Copy of National Computerized Identity Card
6. Copy of Provisional Certificate
